I can’t hear the sound clips.
The mp3 files can be heard on most computers, but you may need to download a player to get the full effect of the music. Some of the ones we recommend are RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. And, of course, be sure to check all of your cables and volume controls on your speakers.
How do I order CD’s?
Simple as clicking an “Add to Cart” button on an artist’s Personal Showcase page. We use the PayPal shopping cart system but *you* don’t have to have a PayPal account. It now works just like any other credit card processing system on the Web.
You can browse the pages of several artists, adding CD’s to your cart as you go. On any of the pages, click the “View Cart” button to see what’s in your shopping cart.
How do I pay for my order?
When you are ready to check out, click a “Checkout” or “View Cart” button and review the contents. Then click “Secure Checkout”. That takes you to PayPal’s website to complete your purchase. You may use credit cards, e-checks, or pay through your PayPal account if you have one.
Once you have purchased your CD's, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal. We also will receive an e-mail notice from PayPal telling us that you have completed your purchase. We will then ship the CD’s you have ordered to you! When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us which will include the tracking information for your package.
Can I just send you a check or money order?
Yes. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you may send payment along with the details of your order (name of the artist and the CD) to us at: The Breeze Showcase Meyer Broadcasting Corporation 10200 South Broadway Crown Point, IN 46307
If payment is by check, your order will ship once the check clears. If payment is by money order, your order will go out the next business day, after we receive your order and payment.
How long will it take to get my order?
That depends on where you want us to send it. We’re located just outside Chicago, so the closer you are to us, the sooner you will receive your order. We ship by first class mail and the shipping and handling fee is added to your purchase price when you check out.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your purchase.

What if I want to return something I buy?
We hope this won't happen, but if you find that you are not pleased with your purchase, we will give you your money back, provided that the CDs are returned to us, unopened, within 14 days of the day you receive them.
Do you share my personal information with anyone?
No, we don’t. Just as with our companion site, The Breeze Internet radio, our policy is not to share what you tell us with anyone. Period. Our listeners and website visitors are very important to us. Yes, our Request for Information form does ask for your name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zipcode and other details, but we respect your privacy. We only use that information to provide you with the details you have asked for about The Breeze Showcase and the artists featured here.
