The Breeze Showcase is designed to complement The Breeze Internet Radio Station, The World’s Easy Listening Leader. We program Easy Listening music 24/7, broadcasting exclusively over the Internet. And now, with our new Website, we are offering you a very special opportunity — to be heard on The Breeze Radio, to introduce yourself to fans who are looking for the type of music you play and to sell your CDs, with a minimum of hassle!

The Breeze Showcase offers you, as an artist, a Web presence as part of a Website that is already a destination for Easy Listening music fans. We handle the order processing, shipping and handling for a fee of $5 per CD sold. Plus, your music may be added to The Breeze playlist and you may be featured in The Breeze Showcase Spotlight.

A Proven Track Record

The Breeze founder, John Meyer, blazed trails in terrestrial radio with what was then known as “Beautiful Music”. He opened the doors of his FM station in the Chicago area in 1972 and spent 25 years programming the music he loves, the music you play. As the radio stations programming Easy Listening music went dark or switched formats, John began to realize the exciting promise of Internet Radio. He created The Breeze and has been streaming the lush sounds of Beautiful Music for over two years.

During that time, John has talked to many contemporary Easy Listening artists about the difficulties they have in promoting their music, how little shelf-space is available to them in retail stores, how they have problems getting their music heard on terrestrial radio, how they are lumped in with rap artists and garage bands on other music Websites and how hard it is to attract attention all by themselves. From those conversations, The Breeze Showcase was born.

The SeaBreeze Artist Package

The Breeze Showcase SeaBreeze Package provides you with a one-page Website, which will include a 250 word biography written by you, one photo, two 30-second audio clips of any two of your songs (you choose the ones we feature), plus your CDs for sale. One more important point to make: As long-time radio broadcasters, we celebrate the diversity of all music. There are many places on the Internet that are available to present good music and we are pleased that you would consider our offer. But The Breeze is a very special mix of musical interpretations, styles and rhythms that have attracted a very particular audience. Please understand that we may not play all musical performances and will not return music submissions. We are not music critics, but we know what suits our audience. And if your music is a good match for our format, we would like to play it on The Breeze, regardless of whether you let us help you sell your CDs.
